Confirmation of Appointment

Dandelion Naturopathy may conduct confirmation calls, emails or SMS text messages 2 days prior to an appointment. Regardless of whether a confirmation exchange was received, should an appointment be cancelled within the 24-hour period prior to the scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will still apply.

Cancellation Policy

As part of Dandelion Naturopathy’s commitment to ensure optimum availability for clients, all bookings require at least 24-hours notice to cancel or change an appointment regardless of the method of booking.

Any booking that is cancelled within the 24-hour period prior to the appointment date and time, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the consultation fee, unless in an emergency. A rebooking and/or refund may be requested if an appointment is cancelled prior to the 24-hour period. Dandelion Naturopathy reserves the right to refuse any future appointment bookings should payment of cancellation fees not be made.

Appointment Changes

All appointment bookings made online, in person, or over the phone may be rescheduled up to 24-hours prior to that appointment time at no additional cost. However, Dandelion Naturopathy reserves the right to limit the number of times that an appointment can be re-scheduled. Same-day appointment time changes are not considered to be cancellations and are permitted subject to availability.

No Show to Appointment

Failure to present for an appointment will be considered a ‘No Show’ and treated as a cancellation with less than 24-hours notice. A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged to the client’s account.

Client Intake Forms

After booking a consultation at Dandelion Naturopathy, please read and fill in the client intake form and any other accompanying documentation that is sent to you. To facilitate the best possible client experience at your appointment, this must be received by Dandelion Naturopathy at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, if time permits between booking the appointment and the appointment time. Where the client intake form and accompanying documentation is not received in time, regrettably the client must complete the form during the consultation at the expense of their own consultation time. It is also a requirement that all information you provide to Dandelion Naturopathy is correct and true at the time.

Consultation Etiquette and Behaviour

At Dandelion Naturopathy, we aim to provide our clients with the best possible care by providing a professional, comfortable and safe environment. Please respect the facilities, staff and processes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your consultation time as additional time will not be offered to late clients and the full consultation charge will still be applied.

We do not tolerate any aggressive comments, gestures or inappropriate behaviour. If this occurs, we will immediately terminate the consultation and 100% of the consultation fee will be charged regardless.
